l88cy Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the l88cy platform ("Platform" or "we") and its users ("you" or "member"). These Terms apply to the l88cy website, mobile application and all related services.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all gaming services, bonus offers, payment processes and customer support matters on l88cy. Continued use of the platform means you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Order of Precedence

If specific terms exist for a particular game or promotion, those specific terms will take precedence over these general Terms. In all other matters, these general Terms apply.

1.3 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute arising from translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

To open an account and enjoy services on the l88cy platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

2.1 Age Restriction

l88cy services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be suspended and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

l88cy reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You should not share this information with anyone. l88cy will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

3.2 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, please inform our support team immediately. l88cy will take steps to secure the account without delay.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

l88cy may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms
• Evidence of fraud or manipulation is found
• Use of a false identity
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Operating multiple accounts

l88cy supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. Follow the rules below for safe and fast transactions.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all payment methods)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer
• All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: usually within 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is not complete

4.3 Transaction Limits

l88cy reserves the right to set daily, weekly or monthly transaction limits. These limits are set in the interest of security and to ensure responsible gaming.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

Once a deposit or withdrawal request has entered processing, it generally cannot be cancelled. Please contact the support team in special circumstances.

l88cy offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers to its members. These offers are subject to the following terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the combined total of the original deposit and the bonus. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳2,200 × 25 = ৳55,000.

• Not all games may count equally toward the wagering requirement
• Bonus validity is generally 30 days from the date of issue
• If the requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus will be forfeited
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is not permitted

5.3 VIP Bonuses and Cashback

l88cy's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse is found — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements — it will be considered a violation of the Terms and the relevant bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on l88cy are operated using internationally recognised Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely impartial and fair results.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a result becomes uncertain due to a technical fault, software error or network disruption in any game, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.3 Jackpots and Large Wins

For wins of a large amount, l88cy reserves the right to carry out identity verification and review the transaction. This is a standard security measure to prevent any suspicious activity.

6.4 Game Provider Terms

The individual terms of all game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and Ezugi — may apply. Please read the relevant game description before playing.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Attempting to operate games or manipulate results through fraudulent means
• Playing games using software bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence
• Using another person's account or selling or transferring an account
• Operating multiple accounts from the same payment method or device
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to breach the platform's cybersecurity
• Harassing or defrauding other members

The service may be temporarily suspended due to platform improvements, software updates, or technical issues. In such cases, l88cy will endeavor to notify members in advance.

11.2 Unforeseen Events

l88cy shall not be held responsible for any service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, or any event beyond l88cy's control.

11.3 Balance in Case of Service Termination

If the entire platform is shut down for any reason, l88cy will make every effort to return members' valid balances.

l88cy reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication.

12.1 Notice of Changes

For significant changes, l88cy will endeavor to notify members in advance via email or through the platform. However, it is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

12.2 Continued Use After Changes

Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms and conditions will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please request that your account be closed.
